A page after the Encounters in Exile, I noticed a section where the author talks about Rama, Lakshmana, and Sita reaching the Godavari River. This part of the story caught my attention because of how the author detailed the scene and created a picture in my mind. It also interested me because in a sense it has to do with real estate. I say that because Lakshmana created a home for Rama and Sita out of all these materials. I say it deals with real estate because the residential side of real estate deals with homes. Lakshmana created a home for them while they were on their adventure. Besides my view on the real estate side of that section another part of the story interested me also. Rama and Sita never wanted to settle down in a region they thought that was so enchanting. I like how they author continued to talk about how Rama’s whole purpose of incarnation was to destroy Ravana. The author created a deep passion for Rama to gain revenge and destroy Ravana. I like how Rama never lost sight of his goal because of what Ravana had done to many innocent souls. It reminds me of one of my storybook topics I choose which were heroes and heroines. In this situation, I believe Ravana is the heroine and Rama is the hero. This part provides me the insight of the storybook topic but also this section provides me with a story I can use in my portfolio.
